Light Sessions answer questions about your current path, how to move through blocks and open to your true purposeful and joyous self. They clear and raise your vibration realigning you with your fullest self. 

These sessions are extremely soothing, healing and energizing. During our time together, a trine of energy is created with the guides that I work with, your guides (who are indeed there) and our physical selves.

The light beings work through me to share the wisdom and energy you are seeking. This wisdom is intended to guide you to your truest self. The information is shared gently and sessions offer peace and clarity. 

The messages though are only part of it. As you ask your questions, and receive answers the energy from these pure loving energies also flows through their words into you energy fields clearing and realigning you to your unique vibrational imprint once again. 

The energy that flows through stays with you long after the session is complete. It supports you in shifting into new ways of seeing, believing and being.

Prior to each session, I ask you to prepare a series of questions that you would like to explore. Your sessions are done by phone and are recorded as MP3s so that you may enjoy the activation over and over again.
